E2C Expert Match Technical Assistance Adams County, Colorado

Energy to Communities (E2C) provides cutting-edge, customized support to enable more communities across the country to deliver abundant, affordable, reliable, and secure energy. E2C is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and managed by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, with support from Argonne National Laboratory, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.

This publication provides technical Assistance for Adams County located in Brighton, Colorado. As part of Adams County's Facilities Energy Action Plan, they have a goal of putting solar panels on five government buildings by 2030 in order to help reach their goal of 100% renewable energy by 2030. They have identified their priority sites but are looking for assistance with a solar technoeconomic analysis including optimal system sizing and financial feasibility.
