AB - <p>In collaboration with NARUC's F-nergy Conservation Committee, Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory (LBL) surveyed all state commissions (PUC) to assess the current status of gas planning and demand-side management and to identify significant regulatory issues faced by commissions during the next several years. A telephone survey of designated contacts at each PUC was conducted by The Fleming Group (a sub-contractor to LBL), between September and November 1990. Written summaries were then prepared and sent to respondents and Commission chairs for verification and revision (see Appendix B).</p>
